These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of EasyTipMe, a digital tipping platform operated by Amidify Solutions Inc. (“EasyTipMe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
EasyTipMe lets a business create a tipping page and a QR code so customers can leave cashless tips for team members. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a lawful business to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of EasyTipMe complies with the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
A business may optionally enable “tip sharing,” where a set percentage of each tip (capped at 15%) is allocated to the business as a shared tip pool and the remainder goes to the team member. This feature is off by default. If you enable it, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any tip pooling or sharing complies with the employment and tip-protection laws that apply to you and your team. EasyTipMe does not provide legal advice.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe’s terms. Email notifications are sent via Brevo. Authentication and hosting are provided by Google Firebase. Your use of the service is also subject to these providers’ terms.
You agree not to use EasyTipMe for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, not to misrepresent your business or team, and not to interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
The EasyTipMe name, logo, and platform are owned by Amidify Solutions Inc. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by us in writing. Content you upload (such as your logo and team photos) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTipMe and Amidify Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyTipMe and Amidify Solutions Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms, including any dispute with your team members regarding tips or tip sharing.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm EasyTipMe, its users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
