EasyTipMe (“EasyTipMe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital tipping platform operated by Amidify Solutions Inc., based in British Columbia, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using EasyTipMe, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who this Policy covers

Our service involves three types of people: business owners who create an account, team members added by a business, and customers who leave a tip. This Policy applies to all of them.

2. Information we collect

• Business owners: business name, owner name, email address, phone number, business address and hours, logo, and account password (stored securely and encrypted by our authentication provider — we never see it in plain text).
• Team members: public nickname, job title, photo, and — for internal use — real name, email address, and phone number, as entered by the business.
• Customers: the tip amount, an optional star rating, and payment details. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage business accounts and team profiles.
• To display a tipping page and process tips.
• To notify team members by email when they receive a tip.
• To provide analytics to the business (tips and ratings by team member).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Service providers we use

We rely on trusted providers to run EasyTipMe. Your information may be processed by them for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles card and wallet payments under its own privacy policy.
• Google Firebase — secure account authentication and database hosting.
• Brevo — sending tip-notification emails to team members.

5. Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe. EasyTipMe does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for how your payment data is handled.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of EasyTipMe, our users, or the public.

7. Data retention

We keep account and tip information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

8. Your rights

Consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted authentication and access-controlled databases — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

10. Children

EasyTipMe is not directed to children. Accounts are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. International users

Our providers may process and store data in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By using EasyTipMe you consent to such processing where permitted by law.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
